PCBLibraries.com This site offers a free Viewer for all of the SMT packages and land patterns in the new IPC-7351 standard. Once you figure out how to use it, this thing is AMAZING! It includes footprints for all of the SMT packages with Least, Nominal and Most pad sizes. I would recommend it to anyone creating SMT footprints. In the future, I will probably use it to create a whole new set of FreePCB libraries.
